Dr. Julie Bier, Au.D., F-AAA

Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Bier is dedicated to helping you hear your best. With more than two decades of clinical experience at premier clinics nationwide, she holds a Doctorate in Audiology with special interests in tinnitus and hyperacusis management and pediatric hearing assessments.

She is licensed in Vermont, Board Certified by the American Board of Audiology (ABA), and is an active member of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) and the Academy of Doctors of Audiology (ADA). She has previously practiced at UPMC, UCSF, and UVM Medical Center.

Dr. Corey Enfanto, Au.D., CCC-A

Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Enfanto is a Vermont-licensed Audiologist and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from ASHA. Her clinical specialties include comprehensive evaluation and treatment of hearing loss and vestibular disorders.

She is committed to building strong patient relationships and providing highly personalized, patient-centered care.

Mckayla Bostwick

Patient Care Coordinator

Mckayla has several years of experience working with hearing aids and is skilled in hands-on troubleshooting and patient support. Born and raised in Vermont, she now lives in Milton with her two daughters.

She brings a compassionate, family-centered approach to the patient experience, making every visit warm, welcoming, and supportive.

Emily Deters, B.S.

Audiology Resident

Emily Deters, B.S., is an Audiology Resident from Ball State University with several years of experience working with patients. Her clinical interests include comprehensive hearing evaluations, the treatment and management of hearing loss, and vestibular disorders.

Emily takes a thoughtful, individualized approach to patient care and understands that no two patients, or their hearing needs, are exactly alike. She enjoys taking the time to listen to her patients, understand their concerns, and develop recommendations that fit naturally into their everyday lives.

She is committed to providing care grounded in compassion, empathy, and clinical expertise. Emily especially values educating patients and helping them feel confident and informed about their hearing and balance health. As she completes her residency, she is excited to continue expanding her clinical experience while building lasting connections with the patients she serves.

Ava Ramsey

Audiology Assistant

Ava is a student at the University of Vermont pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Communication Science and Disorders. After graduation, she plans to continue her education by earning a Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree and pursuing a career in audiology.

Ava has a genuine interest in the field of hearing healthcare and enjoys learning more about the many ways hearing and communication can impact a person’s daily life. She is passionate about making patients feel welcome and comfortable and believes that even small interactions can make a big difference in someone’s healthcare experience.

As she gains experience in the field, Ava is excited to learn from both patients and experienced audiologists while developing the knowledge and skills she will carry with her throughout her future career. She looks forward to being part of each patient’s journey and helping create a positive, supportive environment at every visit.
